- Obtain rate from over seas agents and airlines.
- Negotiate rates.
- Responsible for Customer satisfaction.

- Maintain Existing Business.
- Familiarize with customer portfolio of assigned Sales Executives.
- Supports the Sales Executive.
- Prepare Rate Quotations.
- Gather Information from Sales & Operations.
- Send quote to client.
- Follow-up on each quote in cooperation with Sales Executive and document.
- Prospect / Evaluate New Clients (in addition and in cooperation to any activities of the Sales Executive).
- Qualify new customers/opportunities using various online databases.
- Create Sales Leads.
- Advise Sales Executive all details for follow-up.
- Customize standard presentations.
- Attend Customer Meetings.
- Joint visit with sales executive, Attend any regular customer review meetings.
- Develop Customer Reports.
- Create Performance Management Reports.
- Perform Special Assignments.
- Assist with any customer projects.
- Organize events, i.e. customer events, customer site visits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2+ years experience within the freight, transportation or logistics industry.
- Experience in International Operations, i.e. Air- and/or Oceanfreight or International Sales is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should be self-disciplined and self-motivated with a strong customer focus and feeling for qualitative work.
- The candidate should possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate creativity and analytical skills.
