With over 15 years of experience Sunitha, the Director at Shiftco has been focused on driving transformational change. She has a degree in Mathematics and brings precision and meticulousness to the business. Sunitha looks after Accounts, Audits, Taxation, reporting process, and other financial details. As a Director General of Merchant Shipping & Customs House Agent in Sri Lanka qualified personnel, Keerthi brings in a wealth of experience and expertise. He has an excellent understanding of business dynamics and has tremendous market knowledge. Adept with crucial aspects of logistics, he is very composed and possesses excellent team management skills, and displays admirable mastery in customer relationship management.

As a Vice president at Shiftco, Manikandan is tasked with delivering sales-enabled solutions for the company. With over 20 years of experience and a Master's in computer application, he manages the overall development of the business. Right from marketing to sales and business development Manikandan is at the forefront of all business promotional activity. He works closely with the IT team to digitize operations and better consumer experience. He is an expert solution provider at Shiftco and tends to have a solution to almost everything.

With over 20 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, Sudarshan is the Vice President of the Karnataka region and comes with over 20 years of experience in the shipping logistics industry. He is DGR qualified and handles mainly air and sea freight. He also manages the import-export division and warehousing activities of the company. Client support and expediting shipments are what he excels at. Sudharshan also oversees the air and sea operations at Shiftco.

An experienced Supply Chain veteran with exposure in Freight Forwarding, Express, Courier, Warehousing and distribution over 30 years. Worked with large MNCs like UPS, Emery and also worked at various capacities in India, Singapore, Indonesia, Dubai and South Africa with exposure across multiple supply chain domains. Solid experience, exposure in Operations, Key account Management, Process improvement, Supply chain optimization, Management Training, General Management and P&L Ownership. Worked on several key projects with specific objective of growing geographical coverage, product expansion, capability improvements to effectively service and grow opportunities by developing strong partnership, creating new synergies in various markets - India, Indonesia, Asia Pac region, Middle East and Africa. Eg. Expanding Spare Part logistics warehouse from 3 to 39 across Indonesia. Developing a model to create synergy between Indonesia Post and UPS Express, Tie-up with a local strong express partner and add over 50 collection points for retail consumers to book shipments with UPS. Handled Pharma shipments of appx 1 million kilos from Indian factories to African countries for various government aided projects in humanitarian segments with Malaria and HIV eradication programs in Africa. Shipments are moved door to door from India factories to end distribution centres in Africa countries. Experience in handling large and complex supply chain projects across countries in Electronics, retail, Industrial products, Pharma/Healthcare industry, E-com segments.
